I work from Regus in Lansdowne, and have a therapy room available on Mondays. The address is:

The main entrance to pedestrians is to the right of the building. If you enter the building through the underground car park, you will come up the lift directly into the reception

Parking

Free parking is available under the building. The carpark is to the left of the building on Oxford Road. Please press the buzzer for Regus and let them know you are coming to see me. I will give your name to the reception team, however if you are not comfortable with this please let me know.

Public Transport

The therapy room is situated a 9 minute walk from Bournemouth Train Station and Bus Station. We’re also around a 9 minute walk from ASDA superstore where you can park for free for up to 2 hours.

If you cycle, there are public bike locks to the right of the front entrance.

When you arrive

When you first enter the building, you can come in up the lift from the car park to reception. If you enter through the main door, you will come directly into reception. Please take a seat in reception and I will come and take you into the clinic room.

The building is a co-working space and you will be able to use this area if you wish. Please speak with reception for the Wi-Fi password.

Accessibility

The room is accessible with a lift to the clinic room on the first floor. Accessible toilets are available
